Appears every Friday and Sunday from 6:00am to 8:00pm along the northern edge of the map and sells a wide selection of random goods. It is the only merchant in the game that sells Rare Seed. Checking out the cart every time may prove to be useful for fulfilling the Community Center bundles, especially in the first year.
