the Feast of the Winterstar is an event that is held at the 25th of Winter at 9am in the town square.
one week before the festival you will receive a letter from the mayor telling you about the feast and the details about it. this includes who you are a secret santa for, and you should use the week to try and find a gift you think they would like.
