After you have built the island farmhouse, a beach resort can be built for 20 [[Golden Walnut]]s. From then on a subset of villagers from Pelican Town will visit each non-raining day that isn't a holiday. The player can open/close the resort the next following day with the toggle located between the two doors of the changing room.
