Stardew Valley 1.5 changes the greenhouse into its own building that can be moved. The greenhouse sprites were moved out of <tt>Buildings/House</tt> into a new <tt>Buildings/Greenhouse</tt> asset.

Mods editing the farm map may also want to look at <<tt>Maps/Farm_Greenhouse_Dirt_FourCorners</tt> and <<tt>Maps/Farm_Greenhouse_Dirt_FourCorners</tt>. They patch the area where the greenhouse was originally.
