Since the drop rate of Slime Eggs is quite low, it is recommended to produce them via the Egg-Press if you want a colorful horde without spending hours and hours in the [[mines]].
There are four different egg types that will hatch a slime of the respective color: '''green''', '''blue''', '''red''' and '''purple'''. Green eggs are by far the most common ones, and purple the rarest.
The gender of the egg is completely random and can't be found out before hatching the egg.
