If you glitch into the spa area you can use the Return Scepter while in the spa water it will send you back home submerged in water, when standing still you regenerate Health and Energy as if you were in the spa, alternatively you can glitch into the spa area and put a fence post right where you drop into the water and drop then leave the spa water you will be able to walk out of the spa submerged in water having the same effects. You can drop back into the water to be normal, you can also exit the game, pass out, or get knocked out to get back to a normal state. Note, this does not effect your speed at all. Another glitch to enter opposite sex locker room is to glitch in the spa then glitch your way to your locker room from the spa but instead entering your locker room you can walk to opposite sex locker room
