Its relation to boat repairs should now be quite clear. But verification revealed a bug as to the shop hours change that I was unaware of before. I verified by fulfilling the donations for the Missing Bundle the same day as providing the boat repair materials. The article states that the Fish Shop doors open at 8am rather than 9am once Willy's boat to Ginger Island is repaired. Has this been verified when the cutscene is delayed due to another overnight event? In that case, the opening hours should change before the cutscene has happened, because the repair is still done. - In the recent edit, I fixed wording that could be interpreted multiple ways, causing lack of clarity. The cutscene can be delayed as described before. Its relation to boat repairs should now be quite clear. But verification revealed a bug as to the shop hours change that I was unaware of before. I verified by fulfilling the donations for the Missing Bundle the same day as providing the boat repair materials.
