because I've done calculations on min-maxing for Ancient fruit specifically, where kegs are definitely better than jars per year when min-maxed. The quoted information for keg seems to provide misunderstanding for general readers, which might lead them to interpret kegs to be inferior to preserves jars. Although, I do understand why preserves jars would give max profits per day as opposed to kegs, since jars are considerably faster, I think this statement was made on the assumption that keg users wont try to compensate for farm production.
