Mossy Tree
Should we not mention this somewhere on this page?

- Now it sounds as if it can only be obtained by Mossy Tree, but the truth is it can also be harvested from 'normal' trees which are covered in moss (after some time). YuvixAdun (talk) 17:25, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
- I don't have clarity on the difference between a "tree" and a "mossy tree," but someone who does needs to edit the moss and mossy tree pages. Moss grows on normal trees, and the text about obtaining it that way needs to be different than the text on obtaining it through mossy trees. Likewise, the mossy tree page's text needs to reflect it as being a different entity & not just copy/paste the text from this page about moss that spawns on normal trees. For now I'm editing this page's text to say it's obtained from "moss-covered trees" & mention both kinds, so that people visiting the page can tell it's not an entirely separate entity than what their maps should already have. --Lulo (talk) 19:01, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
- I tried to piece together the "moss" and "tree" info from what sparse writing was present, but I seem to have misconstrued some facts that were known elsewhere. Feel free to back out my changes if that suits best. They're all wrong in some fashion. But retain and change if the structure of what I did is adaptable. Thanks.
