Whether or not it is going to get fixed, it is currently possible to acquire in the inventory and therefore sell Qi gems without mods, so I think the sell price should be included until that is changed.

:The comment to your edit said "presumably due to a glitch". So, was it a glitch or a mod? If it is indeed spawned via the [[The Player#Exploits|item id glitch]], then it would be a trivia item, not something that belongs in the infobox at the top right of the page. If you can verify that it is a glitch, then its sell price would be 250g, and it would be a hated gift for everyone.
