:I only did this because I was ANGRY at people not adding periods to a paragraph (e.g. "on a non-rainy day" should be "on a non-rainy day."). This line was from the 14 Heart cutscene, from the Krobus page. And in the Foraging Talk Page, you mentioned that English is not my first language, I only mentioned it because I didn't know that "Wood being worth 50% more" was in the Wiki until now. == Singular Links ==

Noting your recent edit comment, I would have to say a word of caution. In my opinion, a link ought to be to the main title of an article. If the article's name is plural, that should be used; if singular, that should be used. The wiki does provide some support for redirection of a plural to the singular-titled article, but using that redirection in a link makes the wiki less robust, because if the redirection were ever changed or removed, the link would no longer work, whereas that cannot be a problem with an article name. The pluralized article name, such as you have noticed it, would, however, be preserved and function as before. It's a nit, perhaps, but as an engineer I encountered more than my share of such noisome little oversights in code. It's a waste of maintenance time and effort, sometimes outsized in its effect. One never wants a change to break what shouldn't have been broken if a little foresight is used. Giles (talk) 16:45, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
