The Meowmere is a sword weapon first obtained from throwing a Ancient Doll into the lava lake on floor 100 of the mines. Then a Bone Serpent will emerge from the lava granting a Far Away Stone. And by placing the stone on its pedestal in the Wizard's basement will commence a small animation staring an Orange Tabby Cat who brings the Mewmere to the player from the Terraria world.
Trivia
Terraria, a pixilated 2-D game first introduced its franchises' love for the other in its 1.4.4 update getting a jumino pet, a blue chicken pet and a joja cola drink. The Ancient doll was imitating how the Guide Voodoo Doll was thrown into lava spawning a boss, but instead emerged a bone serpent from Terraria. The Far Away Stone is also an inspiration from the "Forest Pylon" in Terraria.
