The Bouquet is sold at the Pierre's General Store for data-sort-value="200">Gold.png200g and can be given to one of the 12 marriage candidates once you have reached 8 Hearts with any one of them. It won't be available for sale until 8 heart friendship has been gained with a villager.

The bouquet can be given to multiple marriage candidates regardless if you have already given one to another.
