The secret is: Behind Harvey's clinic, there is a *something* that you can right-click. It says, Please stand at the red arrow. That's all I know. OK, thanks!

:Unfortunately, that's not a secret, it's just a bug. It's the same text you see when you try to play the strength game, but aren't standing on the red arrow.
