:There have been reports of it on the wiki, but the game code should prevent it. Are you using the latest version of the game? What platform are you playing on? If you have found 2+ Strange Capsules with the latest version, and are not playing on mobile, this needs to be reported on the [https://forums.stardewvalley.net/forums/help-bug-reports.12/ Official forums] as a bug.
