:It's not my area of expertise, but it appears the calculation was "simplified for the case of doubling a bet." <tt>(2 * Probability of Winning) - 1</tt> comes out to 50%. [[User:Margotbean|margotbean]] ([[User talk:Margotbean|talk]]) 14:24, 20 July 2021 (UTC)
