The beach is a rich source for forageable items. Not only does it have several extra sources of forageable items, but also items spawn at a relatively fast rate on the [[Beach]]. All water at the beach is considered to be saltwater, even the section of the river upstream of the bridge (where, in the real world, freshwater fish would be more likely).  Therefore, the same fish are available regardless of where on the beach you are fishing (with the exception of the [[Crimsonfish]], one of the five [[Legendary Fish]], that is only available from the east end of the beach).
