:In the recent edit, I fixed wording that could be interpreted multiple ways, causing lack of clarity. The cutscene can be delayed as described before. Its relation to boat repairs should now be quite clear. But verification revealed a bug as to the shop hours change that I was unaware of before. I verified by fulfilling the donations for the Missing Bundle the same day as providing the boat repair materials.
