==Fixing the sewer gate==
On the third year, during spring, next to the gate there will be a fat beaver, this beaver will request the player to bring him several types of food. After being fed enough, a cutscene will start, where the beaver will play an instrument and clean the sewer gate, as well as the dog cage in front of Alex's house.
