They come from a cutscene after completing Linus' special order "Community Cleanup" on the Special Orders Board in front of Lewis' house. The cutscene triggers after the quest is complete and you visit the mountain lake.--[[User:Rayram|Rayram]] ([[User talk:Rayram|talk]]) 12:42, 18 June 2022 (UTC)
