I got the stone owl on day seven of year one, and decided to check the wiki for extra details on how it checks for open tiles. I noticed that it says, "The event checks the same conditions as the strange capsule event..." and the strange capsule event states it can only happen after year one. As such, I created an account and added, "Unlike the strange capsule event, it is possible to obtain within the first year." I can show proof of such if requested.
