If you want to move the pages and make an attempt to create the new template in all 12 languages, you can move them to the main space. You can leave the template untranslated in the other languages, and add the appropriate "translate" template at the top, inside <code><nowiki><noinclude>...</noinclude></nowiki></code> tags.
