Using [[Crafting#Bombs|bombs]] in the quarry destroys rocks, [[Mining#Mining Nodes|ore nodes]], and [[Mining#Mining Nodes|gem nodes]] (including the Mystic Stone), leaving [[stone]]s, ore, and [[Minerals#Gems|gems]] to collect.  Bombs also destroy [[trees]], leaving [[wood]], [[sap]], and possibly tree seeds.
