Buying a Membership at JojaMart from [[Morris]] causes the Community center to be destroyed and replaced with a [[Joja Warehouse]]. The player can then buy the town refurbishments through JojaMart, rather than bundles in the community center. The [[Joja Community Development Form]] allows players to do so. It should be noted that this alternate branch in gameplay encourages a very different playstyle than the one offered by improving the [[Community Center]]: rather than requiring a simple variety of items to complete bundles, large sums of cash in the 15k-45k range are required for improvements. There is a greater emphasis on min-maxing and the growing of cash crops to progress, and it is consequently more difficult.
