Buying a Membership at JojaMart from [[Morris]] causes the Community center to be destroyed and replaced with a [[Joja Warehouse]]. The player can then buy the town refurbishments through JojaMart, rather than bundles in the community center. The [[Joja Community Development Form]] allows players to do so.
