The '''Joja Community Development Form''' is the [[JojaMart]] equivalent to the [[Community Center]] [[Bundles]]. The player is able to refurbish the town by paying gold for each major upgrade. After each purchase, Morris and his JojaMart crew will complete the project after the player goes to sleep.

Completing any of the Community Center [[Bundles]] as well as paying for a development upgrade using the Joja Community Development Form will make it impossible to unlock either [[Achievements|achievement]] for refurbishing the town. Also, there is no "Friendship" rewards associated with the Joja Community Development Form like there is with the Community Center Bundles. Instead, the player is rewarded a [[Soda Machine]] for completing the form.
