Member Of The Year" requires finishing the remaining community development goals from the Joja Co. community development program, which will take 2 days atleast, one to build the Joja Warehouse after signing up, and one to finish all community development goals, so a save duplication or a new save is required to obtain the achievement without dedicating a save to the Joja Co. path.
