If the player chooses to sell items to Pierre or Willy, there is a chance they will appear in the list of items for sale at Pierre's, especially if sold to Pierre in large quantity.  Any of these items that are edible will be available for purchase in limited quantities.  Additional villager dialogues may appear indicating they've seen or purchased the items.
