Letter From Fizz

This needs to be updated with information about when the letter is received and conditions required for recieving it.

I added the letter when I received it in-game but I was playing on my old save and so I'm not sure if it's received on a specific day and/or year or of any requirements that need to be satisfied before you can receive it. This information needs updating.

Also, Fizz needs a sprite like the other characters; he's currently showing a red link.
