:They appear to be unimplemented. There are many things in data files and in the game code that were thought up, but never used, for whatever reason. ::And if they get added in it's super little work to just remove the comment code, which btw Botautal is the reason it's not visible due to the <nowiki><!-- hidden text --></nowiki> formatting.
