:::I don't think changing the sitewide CSS is necessary. I've never had an issue with how the wiki is set up in terms of appearance, and I doubt more than a handful of people are, in that regard. In any case, it's basically impossible to set up a wiki where EVERYONE will like the appearance, so as long people as most do, which I think is the case here, I think it's fine as is.
