For trees that are chopped down for wood, see Trees.
Fruit Trees require 28 days to mature, after which they produce one fruit per day when in season. Fruit can be allowed to accumulate up to three days before harvesting. Fruit trees do not need to be watered, and will not die in the winter.
Fruit trees can only be planted in a clear 3x3 area. They are planted directly into untilled ground. When fully grown, the surrounding area can be paved without interrupting the tree in any way.
