Squidfest is a fishing mini festival which takes place on the 12th and 13th of every winter. Caught squids, which can now be caught all day can be exchanged for prizes, it lasts all day on both days.

Unlike other festivals, shops and homes throughout Stardew Valley (including those at the beach) are not closed on the days of the event, and time continues to pass during the festival. Animals also need to be fed during the event; the game will not automatically consider them to be fed as with other Festivals.
