Status update: I give up. After almost a week of scouring the wiki, I cannot find the elusive page. I wonder if I just misread something, because at the time of me reading the mystery page, It was '''10:00 pm''' mountain time, and I was very tired. Thanks for helping me along that wild goose chase! I dont know if you were skimming and scanning or if you read it properly, but basically:
If you get a boyfriend/girlfriend to 10 hearts, you can propose to them using a mermaid's pendant. This can be collected at the right side of the beach ona rainy day for 5000 gold. Talk to the man who appears near the top right and buy it. When you give it to a 10 heart boyfriend/girlfriend they will accept (if you atleast have upgraded the house once).
