:Anyway, the explanation, as I describe: I summed up all the days of the year, accounted for the guaranteed-sunny days, the guaranteed rainy days, and per the data on [[Modding:Weather data]] (which is in the game code, explaining how the daily weather works), applied the probabilities (as stated on the reference page) for each day across the year (summer having its own separate probabilities) to come up with the 69 number.
