The Bone Mill is a piece of Refining Equipment that produces fertilizers from Bone Fragments, fossils, and specific artifacts. It takes 240 in-game minutes (4 hours) to process.
A Bone Mill may be crafted after receiving the recipe by mail from Gunther after completing his "Fragments of the past" Special Order.
