The Alleyway Buffet is a book that can be found inside a golden trash can somewhere on the right between the Blacksmith and the JojaMart. The area can be accessed by moving to the right behind a tree, once in the area the golden trash can is found behind the leaves of a tree. A pickaxe and axe of at least steel or better are required to access the golden trash can, as a large log and boulder block the path.
Once read the player has a greater chance to find items in the trash. This power can be found in the the Player's Menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
