::::::: Do you mind stating which policies Horizon98 violated that let to a ban? This was the initial question, which he and others never got an answer to. You also mention that there are problems because of such a small team and Margotbean mentioned there are no patrollers besides herself but looking around at some profiles of other heavy-duty editors, most of which Margotbean herself purposefully drove away, I have seen plenty of people who did the roles of translator and patroller without the wiki assigning them those roles.
