:Artifacts not showing up sometimes is a known bug. That said, I think you should probably double-check if you have actually donated everything you needed to for the museum. Even though there are a few bugs when it comes to showing up in the collections tab, as long as you have the item donated it will still count. (This happened in one of my save files where I had an empty slot on the collections tab due to the bug but still got the achievement).
