Depending upon what type of produce you supply for the soup, there will be different reactions from the Governor and Mayor Lewis. The outcome will increase or reduce friendship points with all villagers.

The reaction of the Governor at the soup tasting depends upon what type of produce you chose to add to it (or upon your lack of entry), and Mayor Lewis reacts in kind. The outcome may identically increase or reduce your friendship points with most villagers, or friendship may remain unchanged. Friendships with all villagers except [[Sandy]], the [[Wizard]], [[Krobus]], and the [[Dwarf]] are affected.
