This is acheived by having [[Magnet]] bait and the [[Treasure Hunter]] [[tackle]] equiped to your rod, having selected the [[#Fishing Skill|Pirate profession]] (at fishing level 10 after having selected [[fisher]] at fishing level 5), having completed the [[Secret Notes#Secret Note #20|Secret Note #20]] quest and obtaining the [[Special Charm]], and having consumed gold quality [[Lucky Lunch]] and gold star quality [[Ginger Ale]]. These can only be obtained through cooking them with [[Qi Seasoning]]
