Jellies can be produced from Fruits and Pickles from Vegetables. Both may be Farmed or Foraged. Theoratically a Preserves Jar can produce 33.6 Jellys or Pickles per Year.
Raw Materials that need Confirmation are not clear if they can be preserved.

Farming Multiple Harvests
The Profit per Day is calculated if the crop is planted on the 1st of the season and includes the first and second growth Rate. E.G. Corn takes 14 days to mature and will give crops every 4 days. Corn can grow 56 days so 11 possible harvests.
