:Personally, the reason I completely stopped helping out here, despite spending multiple hours almost daily with thousands of edits and hundreds of full page translations (DE), was Margotbean's lack of cooperation (and frankly maladministration). Undoing edits and instantly deleting files for self-induced reason: "unused" without even the slightest courtesy of inquiry or discussion about intent was only the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I'd think the wiki, it's content and most definitely the quality & quantity of its non-English articles would be better off if the admins worked together and communicated with other helpful editors instead of being aggressive, unnecessarily defensive and frankly condescending.<br>
:Margotbean is a fantastic and hard-working editor (which I also have praised in messaging to CA ~4 months ago) but does indeed sometimes not act as an administrator should. Horizon is also a fantastic asset to the quality and content of the wiki, especially for the much needed CN portion. His recent changes on the schedule reverted an English schedule (most likely useless to Chinese readers) back to the former comprehensible translated version, improving the page. I cannot find a broken policy in [[Help:Editing]] (policies should be documented before enforcement) and while I am not sure this wiki is capable (due to "understaffing") to uphold standards such as Wikipedia's "''Administrators should not normally use their tools in matters in which they are personally involved (for example, in a content dispute in which they are a party).''", things like this would be a total non-issue with communication and cooperation instead of hostility. An unjustified temporary ban might not be the end of the world, but at the end of the day things like this destroy motivation for all volunteers involved.
