Different Farm Maps have different locations that the Cabin's will spawn at when setting a game up for Multiplayer - based on whether you select the "Close" or the "Separate" options in the menu.
These images were taken using version 1.5.6, 3 cabins (with exception to the Riverland Variant picture, which only has one), and Seed: 1111111
