The Monster Compendium is a book that can be dropped by monsters. The chance for a monster to drop the book starts at 0.01%, and increases by 0.0015% until it is dropped, which then the chance then stays at 0.05% permanently.[1]
It grants the player a power that gives monsters a small chance to drop double loot. It can be traded to the Bookseller in exchange for a Slime Incubator or a Slime Egg-Press.
Once obtained, it can be found in the Player's Menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
