One more element to this: Mastery. The Mastery Tab displays just the Powers of the masteries, not all the effects of them. The Mastery article certainly could be used to put all mastery features together, but that would probably mean listing the powers there as well, introducing replication, yet the tab needs the info also.

There's also a little matter of how the player is supposed to be able to track progress towards the next mastery level in-game, when the Mastery Tab doesn't seem to give that information.
