Ice Rod is a trinket item dropped by enemies. Wearing trinkets, as well as having enemies drop them requires having obtained Combat Mastery.
The Ice Rod shoots an orb of ice every X seconds, freezing any enemies in its path for Y seconds. Can be reforged by using Anvil.
After reforging, the Ice Rod may become "Perfect", changing its name to "Perfect Ice Rod". This variant fires every 3 seconds, and freezes for 4 seconds. A Perfect variant can be obtained through combat as well.
