The Prehistoric Tibia is an Artifact that can be found by digging up an Artifact Spot at the Railroad or in Cindersap Forest. It may also be dropped by a Pepper Rex.

Donation of this item contributes to the total count of donations at the Museum.
Donating this item, along with the Skeletal Tail, will reward the player with the Sloth Skeleton R statue.
