The Quality Retaining Soil is a Fertilizer that helps by keeping soil watered. It can be purchased from Pierre's for 150g, from Oasis for 200g on Saturdays, or crafted. To use, till soil with the hoe, then put the Quality Retaining Soil on the tilled tile, then sow a seed on top of it.
