My question relates to proper English writing convention and if this is to be followed on this wiki. I notice many sentence fragments, for which the reason for fragmentation is unclear. Some of these are a fragment of 3-4 words. I have fixed some, and some other punctuation and grammar issues, but I now see there are many more and want to make sure that proper English writing convention is the norm here as elsewhere before continuing on the English wiki. I checked the editing page though it does not provide much clarification other than "encyclopedic" style (which does frown on sentence fragments and also instances of addressing the reader informally with such statements as "you", preferring a more neutral tone). Am I interpreting this wiki's definition of "encyclopedic" and "formal tone" correctly? If so, I'm happy to go through all pages and remedy these instances. Thank you for your assistance!
